This article aims to promote a rapprochement between the humoristic pizarnikian prose and some features of Jewish humour that seem to establish on her work as evidence of a cultural link that started with a primary and secondary double education, and continued showing on her letters, journals and private conversations registered by her closest circle. It is suggested that the result of the artistic and cultural link gives rise to a laughter that benefits her and helps her to carry the weight of imminent death and madness.La “Prosa de Humor”, compilada en su Prosa Completa (2008) de Alejandra Pizarnik es una muestra importante de la obra desarrollada por la escritora durante sus últimos años de vida, por su intenso trabajo con la lengua y por su relación con la escritura, tanto actividad vital, así como trabajo artístico literario característico de su obra. Este artículo intenta un acercamiento entre la prosa humorística pizarnikiana y algunas características del humor judío que parecen fijarse en su obra como la evidencia de un vínculo cultural que comenzó con una doble educación infantil y adolescente y que continuó manifestándose en sus cartas, diarios y conversaciones privadas registradas por su círculo cercano.
