This research is descriptive, quantitative, correlational, and non-experimental. The results obtained after applying the questionnaires meet validity and reliability standards. Analytic, synthetic, inductive, and deductive techniques were used. The research population consisted of 192 individuals; 53 individuals were selected through non-probability sampling, and classified according to similar occupations. Pearson’s r was used to validate the results of the statistical analysis, resulting in positive and significant correlation with job performance. The coefficient of determination (r) between both variables is 81.93% and the significance level (p) is over 0.05. Therefore, the work environment in which employees grow and develop is a crucial factor to determine their performance, both positively and negatively.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si el clima organizacional influye de manera positiva y significativa en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huancavelica en el año 2019, para así mejorar su calidad de vida y brindar un servicio de primera a los usuarios huancavelicanos. Se aplicó la metodología descriptiva, cuantitativa, nivel correlacional, y de diseño no experimental. El resultado obtenido a partir de la aplicación de los cuestionarios tiene suficiente validez y confiabilidad, Se utilizaron técnicas de instrumentos analíticas, sintéticas, inductivas, y deductivas. La investigación tuvo una población de 192 personas y 53 personas fueron seleccionados bajo el criterio de muestreo no probabilístico, clasificados por ocupación similar. Para validar los resultados de la investigación del análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba r de Pearson, se tuvo una correlación positiva y significativa frente al desempeño laboral.
