In addition, we wanted to know if this drug may be active after the shock has been installed, either by administering it alone, or accompanied by blood transfusion, which, besides being of great practical importance could have theoretical implications of interest.Aunque el shock hemorrágico viene siendo estudiado profusamente, la causa de su desenlace fatal, así como la de otras formas de shock, no ha sido completamente establecida. Nuestro propósito ha sido, en primer lugar, conocer el mecanismo de la acción protectora de la Clorpromazina, pero, al mismo tiempo hemos creído que quizás su investigación podría aportar alguna luz a la explicación del fenómeno de la irreversibilidad.
