Likewise, the statistics of spills over time are shown, with a total of 922.74 m3 of hydrocarbons discharged, being the aquatic port area of Yurimaguas and Zorritos the one with the greatest impact, considering the response capacity and preparation and the availability of equipment and means available to face these events.Esta investigación presenta el análisis de la gestión portuaria y acuática en el Perú, sobre el control y combate de la contaminación por derrames de hidrocarburos procedente de los buques; basado en una revisión pormenorizada sobre los diversos instrumentos ambientales y organismos internacionales, que impulsan y promueven el intercambio de información y tecnología, para prevenir y mitigar el riesgo socioambiental y económico a nivel local, nacional y regional, que pueda comprometer sus principales recursos hídricos y biota acuática.
