By analyzing the information coming from the technical services and supported on quality tools the main problems are identified, causes are searched, improvements are proposed and subsequent failures are forewarned. Various actions will result to the reduction of market problems, it will help to reduce warranty costs for each product and especially these will impact very favorable for brand image.En una empresa manufacturera de electrodomésticos de línea blanca se tiene identificado que una línea específica de refrigeradoras tiene un alto porcentaje de fallos en usuarios finales con respecto a las otras líneas de la misma fábrica. Mediante el análisis de la información que proviene de los servicios técnicos y apoyados en herramientas de calidad, se identifican los principales problemas, se buscan las causas, se proponen mejoras y se previene posteriores fallos.
