The telecommunications sector continues its startup process and hopefully will give the competition a step shorter. The Osiptel has shown an unclear conduct its work regulator, seems to be focusing on the company, not end users or the market itself. So depend on the performance of the agency, exclusively from now on, that privatization of the sector benefits society as a whole: better prices, quality services and genuine competition. The task of promoting competition in the supply of fixed line service and subject to flat rate Internet service is pending.    Para muchos peruanos, ha sido claro que el Estado debía dejar el esfuerzo del crecimiento económico a las inversiones privadas, nacionales o extranjeras. El sector de telecomunicaciones, sigue su proceso y esperamos que se dé inicio a una etapa de competencia al menor plazo. La Osiptel ha mostrado una conducta poco clara en su labor de ente regulador, parece ser que su enfoque en la empresa y no en los usuarios finales o el mercado propiamente. Por eso,dependerá de la actuación de este organismo, exclusivamente, de hoy en adelante, para que privatización del sector beneficie a la sociedad en su conjunto: mejores precios, servicios de calidad y con una real competencia.
