In the surgical approach, the neoplasia presented marked infiltration to soft and vascular structures, being classified as a non-resectable tumour.Se reporta un hemangiosarcoma de tiroides en un paciente canino de 4 años. En la evaluación clínica se identificó una masa de gran volumen ubicada en la región ventral del cuello. El estudio ecográfico de la tiroides fue la mejor técnica para identificar y describir los cambios neoplásicos, así como una lesión metastásica a un nódulo linfático adyacente.
