This is based on the analysis of the relationship between the agricultural support service companies installed in the city and their articulation with the companies installed in other urban centers of the department of Río Cuarto. The foregoing is based on semi-structured interviews with key actors in agribusiness (multinational suppliers of inputs for agriculture) present in the study area.El presente artículo analiza el rol que adquiere la ciudad de Río Cuarto dentro de la red productiva agropecuaria del sur cordobés al tener una importante vinculación con el modelo del agronegocio. Ello a partir del análisis de la relación entre las empresas de servicio de apoyo al agro instaladas en la ciudad y su articulación con las empresas instaladas en otros núcleos urbanos del departamento de Río Cuarto.
