Thus, the objective is to carry out the revision of the state of the art of the subject to be treated Educational innovation as a challenge of teaching from a bibliographic search.La innovación educativa trae como consecuencia la búsqueda del rompimiento de las estructuras tradicionales que se encuentran vinculadas al sistema educativo, ello con el fin de poder incorporar conocimientos en el proceso de enseñanza de la formación de los estudiantes, el elemento principal para que se de estos cambios esta a cargo de los docentes la que recae directamente en aquellos procesos que son de vital importancia para este cambio transformacional, evidenciándolos a través de: las competencias, la aplicación de la TICs, la inteligencia emocional y la educación hibrida. Es así que se tiene por objetivo la realización de la revisión del estado del arte del tema a tratar Innovación educativa como reto de la enseñanza a partir de una búsqueda bibliográfica.A inovação educacional traz como consequência a busca pelo rompimento das estruturas tradicionais que estão vinculadas ao sistema educacional, isso para poder incorporar o conhecimento no processo de ensino da formação dos alunos, elemento principal para que estas sejam mudanças. está a cargo dos professores, que recai diretamente sobre os processos que são de vital importância para esta mudança transformacional, evidenciando-os através de: competências, aplicação das TIC, inteligência emocional e educação híbrida.
