The instruments used were Basic Indicators of Creativity (Sánchez, 1991), and the Inventory of Personal Factors of Resilience created by Salgado (2004), both were elaborated in the Peruvian reality. The results obtained demonstrate the positive and significant relationship between the resilience factors and the creativity indicators in primary school children.El estudio que se presenta a tuvo como objetivo correlacionar la creatividad con la resiliencia en escolares de primaria. El diseño del estudio fue descriptivo correlacional, y la muestra utilizada fue de 320 escolares de en 3ero a 6to grado de primaria de una institución educativa nacional, con edades entre 8 y 13 años. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el inventario de Factores Personales de Resiliencia creado por Salgado (2004) y la Escala de Indicadores básicos de Creatividad propuesta por Sánchez (1991), y ambos fueron elaborados en la realidad peruana.
