In this investigation to do emphasis to district to Coayllo, because in this place to summarize the problematic of the basin.La planificación espacial y sus instrumentos empleados en nuestro país implican a las cuencas hidrográficas como unidades de análisis. En esta investigación se hace el análisis de los aspectos físicos, sociales y económicos de la cuenca del río Omas, para localizar espacialmente y explicar las potencialidades, los principales problemas y limitaciones como por ejemplo escasez de recursos naturales, déficit de equipamiento de servicios, migración de la población y escasa presencia del Estado.
