Did the specialization fragmented and disarticulated this harmonic and integral structure? Currently, while facing a world that has become so complex, this specialization reformulates its analysis, reconstructs and reinterprets our problems, to rethink a systematic and restructured world through complex thinking and transdisciplinary solutions. This article evaluates particularity in university research, and reconsiders interdisciplinary, trans-complex and transdisciplinary teamwork, from connective and integral Andean thinking based on the nuclear and harmonic organization between nature, man and society. From this Andean framework, we recover the «aylluy» thought (trans-complex simplicity, unity, and sustainability) as a research model for the educational process and the environment. For this research, we applied qualitative, descriptive, and analytical methodology.El mundo natural siempre fue un modelo del saber conectivo, coherente y proyectivo. La especialización fragmentó y ¿acaso desarticuló la estructura armónica e integral? Actualmente, las mismas especializaciones, frente al mundo que se ha tornado tan complejo, ha tenido la necesidad de reformular los análisis, la reconstrucción y reinterpretación de nuestra problemática, a fin de repensar nuevamente un mundo sistemático y re-estructurado, enhorabuena a partir del pensamiento complejo y soluciones transdisciplinarias. El presente trabajo evalúa la particularidad de las investigaciones universitarias y replantea los trabajos en equipo desde la perspectiva interdisciplinaria, transcompleja y transdisciplinaria, a partir del pensamiento andino, conectivo e integral, fundamentado en la organización nuclear y armónica entre la naturaleza, el hombre y la sociedad. Desde esta visión se analiza como modelo de investigación para el proceso educativo y el medio ambiente, recuperando el pensamiento aylluy (simplicidad transcompleja, unidad y sostenibilidad).
