The research carried out showed that the components of each of the investment projects are associated with compliance with the SDGs. Said investigation was carried out relating the financial execution of the Program and the application of the questionnaires "CORE Questionnaire" and "Interview with Experts"; where it was possible to demonstrate the high correlation between both variables and the impact suggested by the execution of investment projects in favor of achieving the SDGs.El artículo científico desarrollado abordó la relación de la Inversión Pública en el Programa de Modernización del Sistema de Justicia No Penal (PMSAJ) y el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) ejecutada mediante los tres proyectos de inversión adscritos al programa, los cuales son: Junta Nacional de Justicia (Proyecto de Inversión “Mejoramiento del modelo de prestación de servicios de la Junta Nacional de Justicia para lograr la adecuada implementación del Expediente Judicial Electrónico”); Tribunal Constitucional (Proyecto de Inversión “Mejoramiento del modelo de prestación de servicios del Tribunal Constitucional para lograr la adecuada implementación del Expediente Judicial Electrónico”) y Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos (Proyecto de Inversión “Mejoramiento de los servicios de asesoría legal gratuita (ALEGRA) para lograr la adecuada implementación del Expediente Judicial Electrónico”). La investigación realizada demostró que los componentes de cada uno de los proyectos de inversión se asocian con el cumplimiento de los ODS.
