Therefore, the need to apply an ethical theory and a model of personality moral development oriented towards the moralization of society as the base of a more consequent medical education regarding the health needs of developing countries as ours has come forth.Se realizó una caracterización moral de la Escuela de Medicina en tanto institución educativa responsable de la formación profesional de los médicos. Como resultado de este análisis, se abstrajo ciertas fallas del proceso educativo, que no son ciertamente los procedimientos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, sino una inadecuada conceptuación acerca de la naturaleza del hombre, en particular sobre qué es realmente la personalidad en formación.
