 Within the framework of the relationship of the Arts with other forms of expression and their materialization, the present work reflects on the multiple and fruitful relationships that currently exist between art and technology with the aim of recognizing and valuing the modes in which advances in science have an impact on and benefit an area that is sometimes thought of as static and timeless. The new strategies for bringing art closer to society provide new ways of raising awareness and greater interaction with the artistic object. Likewise, the latest technological advances allow us to reveal art secrets, as well as its conservation, restoration and recreation.
