The proposal for improvement through Lean Manufacturing includes multiple suggestions to reduce time waste, improve quality control and optimize operations through one of its tools, the 5S.El propósito de esta investigación fue proponer un modelo de gestión basado en la Mejora Continua para optimizar la eficiencia y productividad de la empresa Sol Norteño, especializada en la producción de chocolates para taza. Durante el análisis, se identificó una demanda insatisfecha debido a la inestabilidad en la eficacia del proceso y la calidad del producto, lo que afectó la competitividad y la demanda en el mercado actual.
