At the moment in many production lines the inspection is carried out in a visual way. To solve these inconveniences an automatic system of detection of flaws it has been developed by means of the prosecution of images. The system consist of analogical camera, a card analog/digital and a development software.Debido al evidente problema que hay en las empresas embotelladoras, es recomendable realizar un sistema de detección de fallas mediante el procesamiento de imágenes, lo cual mejoraría la eficiencia y traería menos pérdidas, produciendo un incremento en la productividad. En la entrada de la línea de producción de estas empresas, se reciben las cajas con sus respectivas botellas provenientes de los distribuidores, pero dichas cajas no siempre son las correctas o tienen cierto tipo de anormalidades como pueden ser botellas de otro tipo, botellas rotas, objetos extraños como vasos, plásticos, etc. El problema observado es la falta de un sistema adecuado de detección de fallas, actualmente se realiza mediante una inspección visual.
