The topics presented in this issue of IECOS magazine want to clarify the process of economic growth and development, proposing to address its shortcomings. Whether due to the absence of a territorial development policy, obstacles to decent work, or the difficulties inherent in the analysis of power transmission, our authors always want to face these limits and propose alternatives.Los artículos que publicamos en esta ocasión tienen una evidente vocación analítica y crítica con respecto a la realidad peruana, sin descuidar por ello el rigor académico. Por eso invitamos al amable lector para que tome estas propuestas con ánimo de discutir, describir con precisión, diagnosticar y pro­poner alternativas. Los temas presentados en este número de la revista IECOS quieren aclarar el proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo económico, proponiendo abordar sus carencias.
