El objetivo de esta investigación es develar lo relevante que es la presencia de patrimonio agroindustrial, probablemente el único caso de estudio de este tipo en el distrito de San Miguel al día de hoy: la Hacienda Maranga; su historia, sus actores a través del tiempo, los objetos y valores patrimoniales que le atribuyen.
