Regarding authors such as N. Hartmann, V. Frankl, F. Perls, S. Kierkegaard, M. Scheler, K. Jaspers, E. Martinez, K. Dabrowski, among others, in relation to the concepts of freedom and states of restriction of freedom and responsibility. Starting from this integrated vision of existence, it pretends to open up possibilities for work-oriented psychotherapeutic acceptance of what exists in the here and now, both the emotional as the experience and situation, for a fully human existence as possible.En este artículo se analiza el fenómeno de la libertad humana en relación a su contraparte existencial: los estados de restricción donde se limita el ser libre (neurosis, trastornos psíquicos, condiciones somatógenas), considerando a la libertad como la posibilidad del hombre de ser autoconsciente y elegir la respuesta por si mismo ante su situación (responsabilidad). La perspectiva es integradora, amplia y acogedora respecto a los estados de restricción de la libertad como necesarios y plenamente humanos. Se acude a autores como N. Hartmann, V. Frankl, F. Perls, S. Kierkegaard, M. Scheler, K. Jaspers, E. Martínez, K. Dabrowski, entre otros, en relación a los conceptos de libertad y estados de restricción de la libertad y la responsabilidad.
