We hope these notes will generate more remarks and new proposals and stir consciences.En el siguiente artículo compartiremos algunas ideas sobre el hombre y la sociedad actual. Se pasa un breve listado de problemas como las relaciones “ligth”, el consumismo, la tecnología y la incomunicación y al afán por tener en vez de ser. También hablaremos del bienestar, el sentido de vida, la importancia del sentido del humor y del pensar en un proyecto vital. Todo esto dentro de una mirada propia de la Psicología Humanística y de la Psicoterapia Existencial. Esperamos que estos apuntes generen más reflexiones y nuevas propuestas.
