For this reason, the importance of having simple and suitable rules and procedures as well as a protective work and interpretation of the jurisdiction at the time of executing the sentence is highlighted; in order to effectively guarantee the fundamental right to obtain alimony.El presente artículo tiene por objeto desarrollar algunas reflexiones sobre el proceso de alimentos en la etapa de ejecución de sentencia; toda vez que, constituye la etapa procesal que mayores inconvenientes viene presentando en perjuicio de los justiciables pertenecientes a la infancia.
