The conversion of the null legal business is an institution that is not regulated in Peru, however, in other countries it has a wide doctrinal development, being regulated in different civil codes that we can classify as cutting edge. What is proposed in this article once this institution has been presented in different foreign realities, is the regulation of the conversion into the Peruvian civil code, based on the existence of yesterday's guidelines and intentions that today would protect this proposal.En el presente artículo se realizará una presentación de la institución jurídica de la conversión del negocio jurídico nulo en los diferentes sistemas jurídicos europeos y de américa latina. Por Europa se han considerado los sistemas jurídicos civiles de Alemania, Francia e Italia y por América Latina se han considerado los sistemas jurídicos civiles de Argentina, Chile y Brasil, la presentación de este instituto en estos sistemas será teórico- normativo. La conversión del negocio jurídico nulo es una institución que no se encuentra regulada en Perú, sin embargo, en otros países si cuenta con un desarrollo doctrinario amplio, encontrándose regulada en diferentes códigos civiles que podemos catalogarlos de vanguardia.
