In this line, this research determined the impact of the project "Warmikunapa allin rurayninkuna" "Women Innovating Talents", implemented by the non-governmental organization (ONG) World Vision in the Paucará and Acobamba districts of the Huancavelica Region.  The study addresses the qualitative approach developed by the method of "Experience Based on Practice" (EBP); through the application of surveys to a group of 70 beneficiaries, collecting information concerning the issues of interest and objectives of the project, such as "Economic empowerment in the welfare of families and emotional development of women. The results revealed a positive impact with 75% of the families achieving well-being thanks to the development of entrepreneurial skills, business plans, production techniques and other actions, improving their economic income by 35%, which allowed for new ventures and the independence of women victims of psychological, physical and sexual violence. Consequently, the project contributed to the economic empowerment of women, achieving a considerable level of profitability in social terms.
