OBJECTIVE: To determine if these socio-economic factors correlating with therapeutic the of the patients with pulmonary TB mayor 15 age of the Regional Hospital Hermilio Valdizán Medrano - Huánuco 2013 METHODS: We conducted a descriptive study of 35 patients in relation to the strategy PCT Health, Regional Hospital Hermilio Valdizan Medrano Huanuco department during the period 2013. We used a survey and a chip to establish clinical factors and the absence from treatment. RESULTS: We identified as statistically significant risk factors for the failure to treat patients with pulmonary tuberculosis low level of economic factors determinants son in the treatment, in default al patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, con comprobado Statistically value (p <0.006), CONCLUSIONS: demonstrated by testing hypotheses that economic factors are important in the treatment failure in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in relation to social factors
