Methods: The research corresponds to a research applicative, the sample is not probabilistic circumstantial and consists of the population consisting of the total number of teachers (19), students (370) and graduates of the EAP Industrial Engineering (180), methods used for data collection was direct observation, survey, structured form, given by a questionnaire based on the dimensions and measures of the study variables. The descriptive analysis of statistical data was performed using the assessment tool according to ISO 9001:2008, useful tool for future quality audits and thus allow to have it in order to have proper control of system quality management. Results: One can see that the SIEF meets only 19% of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, these results suggest that it is urgent to continue with the implementation of projects that are part of this study. In the study group will have as strengths: production and / or service delivery (33%), shopping (32%), processes related to the client (30%) and as weaknesses: DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT (10%) , Provision of resources (10%), data analysis (10%). The Dean known results immediately appointed a representative to be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality System, and is therefore responsible for its effectiveness. Conclusions: The SIEF is proceeding overall threshold of 19%, on the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We defined quality policies laid down the process map, and established the documentation required by the competent.

We defined quality policies laid down the process map, and established the documentation required by the competent.Objetivo: Diseñar e implementar el sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la norma ISO 9001:2008 en la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial y Sistemas - UNHEVAL como requisito exigible en los procesos de Acreditación de facultades bajo el modelo CONEAU. Métodos: El tipo de investigación correspondió a una investigación aplicativa, la muestra es no probabilística de tipo circunstancial y está compuesta por la población conformada por el total de docentes (19), estudiantes (370) y egresados de la EAP de Ingeniería Industrial (180). Los métodos a utilizar para la recolección de datos fueron la observación directa, encuesta, formulario estructurado, dados mediante un cuestionario en base a las dimensiones e indicadores de las variables en estudio. El análisis descriptivo de los datos estadísticos se realizó mediante la herramienta de evaluación según la norma ISO 9001:2008, herramienta útil para las próximas auditorias de calidad y permitir así contar con ella para poder tener un adecuado control del sistema de gestión de la calidad. Resultados: Se puede observar que la FIIS cumple tan solo el 19 % de los requisitos del ISO 9001:2008, estos resultados nos sugieren que es urgente continuar con la implementación de los proyectos que son parte del presente estudio. En el grupo en estudio se tienen como fortalezas: producción y/o prestación del servicio (33 %), compras (32 %), procesos relacionados con el cliente (30 %); y como debilidades: el diseño y desarrollo (10 %), provisión de recursos (10 %), análisis de datos (10 %). El Decano, conocidos los resultados, designó inmediatamente un representante para que se encargue de establecer, implantar y mantener el Sistema de Calidad, siendo por tanto responsable de su efectividad. Conclusiones: La FIIS tiene un avance mínimo total del 19 %, sobre lo exigido por las normas ISO 9001:2008.
