The development of the work research had the objective to describe the educational social inclusion of the prisoners from the Potracancha Prison by Huánuco, with prisoners who serve sentences for crimes against the heritage; whereby the criterial sampling was developed; those who take the survey are between 18 to 72 years old. For the data gathered, a questionnaire was applied, which was based on seven dimensions. The results demonstrate that in the seven dimensions, there is mostly no educational social inclusion, in a general perspective, 70% of the people questioned consider that there is no educational social inclusion, 22% consider it as occasionally and only 8% respond it in an affirmative manner. These results demonstrate that the country faces a complex and challenging internal situation that goes beyond the capacity of the competent authority to solve it.Consideramos que la inclusión social educativa de los reos en cárcel, es la situación donde éstas personas están directamente vinculadas a procesos de integración educativa, pero desaprovechada por este grupo poblacional, alienados culturalmente, que son inducidos a optar por el delito como alternativa de vida; y que son aceptados desde un punto de vista democrático por el Estado. El desarrollo del estudio tuvo como objetivo describir la inclusión social educativa de los reos en cárcel del Centro Penitenciario de Potracancha de Huánuco, reos que purgan condena por delitos contra el patrimonio; para ello se tuvo en cuenta el tipo de muestreo criterial, encuestados que tiene un rango de edad de 18 a 72 años. Para la recogida de datos se optó por un cuestionario, el cual estuvo basado en siete dimensiones. Los resultados muestran que en las siete dimensiones mayormente no existe inclusión social educativa, en forma general; un 70% de los encuestados considera que no existe inclusión social educativa, un 22% considera ocasionalmente y solo un 8% responde afirmativamente.
