The educational social inclusion of the prisoners in jail for crime against the heritage

The social educational inclusion of prisoners is the situation where these people are directly linked to educational integration processes; however, they haven't missed them, who are alienated culturally; and they have been accepted by the state in some points of views. The development of the work research had the objective to describe the educational social inclusion of the prisoners from the Potracancha Prison by Huánuco, with prisoners who serve sentences for crimes against the heritage; whereby the criterial sampling was developed; those who take the survey are between 18 to 72 years old. For the data gathered, a questionnaire was applied, which was based on seven dimensions. The results demonstrate that in the seven dimensions, there is mostly no educational social inclusion, in a general perspective, 70% of the people questioned consider that there is no educational social inclusion, 22% consider it as occasionally and only 8% respond it in an affirmative manner. These results demonstrate that the country faces a complex and challenging internal situation that goes beyond the capacity of the competent authority to solve it.
