Sumario:The purpose of the research was to determine the predominant risk factors and risk level of criminalbehavior in high school students from the districts of Huanuco, Amarilis and Pillco Marca. Themethodology used is descriptive, through a simple descriptive design, with a population of studentsin the third year of secondary school and an intentional non-probabilistic sample of 673 students.The instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire Risk Factors of Criminal Behavior (FRCD)developed to identify biographical factors, of development deficit, family and socio-cultural, andobtained a confiability of 0.80 with Alpha Cronbach and valid test item. The results identify riskfactors in its various components, with the predominant bonding insecure in the first years of life(63.64%), lack of supervision in the academic performance of the fathers to the children (55,72),difficulty expression of feelings (51.26%), presence of gangs in the environment (47.85%), difficulty in moral reasoning (45.77%) and urban development alternatives sector (40.27%) few. Also certainrisk levels corresponding to very high (28.08%), High (25.26%), Low (24.96%), very low (21.69%).Stresses that the 53.34% is in risk factor High and Very High. Finally, students of educationalinstitutions that have more risk factors in high and very high levels are: IE Heroes Jactay (100%),I.E. Potracancha (80%) I.E. Cesar Vallejo (79.31%), I.E. Illatupa (72.73%) I.E. Hermilio Valdizán(62.96%), I.E. Marcos Durand Martel (61.76%), I.E. Las Mercedes (59.37%), I.E. Leoncio Prado(55.29%); and educational institutions that have fewer risk factors in low and very low levels are:I.E. Aplicación UNHEVAL (77.78%), I.E. Pedro Sanchez Gavidia (69.57%), I.E. Javier Pulgar Vidal(68.57%). I.E. Mariano Damaso Beraun (66.67%).
