Objective: To determine the condition of the Participatory Budget in the Public Investment Projects in the sectors of education and health in the Huánuco Regional Government, 2012-2014. Methods: the general method was the scientific and as a specific, descriptive method. The research was basic, descriptive level and descriptive (non-experimental) design. The population consisted of 29 analyzed projects. The conclusion of this research: It has been determined that the Participatory Budget in Public Investment Projects in the Regional Government 2012-2014, in the Education Sector 46.67% is found as projects executed. While in the Health Sector 35.71% is in the condition of executed projects.El estudio realizado corresponde a una investigación de carácter cuantitativo en una muestra de 29 proyectos de Inversión Pública en los sectores de educación y salud del Gobierno Regional Huánuco los años 2012-2014. Objetivo: Determinar la condición del Presupuesto Participativo en los Proyectos de Inversión Pública en los sectores de educación y salud en el Gobierno Regional Huánuco, 2012-2014. Métodos: se utilizó el método general el científico y como método específico, el descriptivo. La investigación fue básica, de nivel descriptivo y diseño descriptivo (no experimental). La población estuvo conformada por 29 proyectos analizados. La conclusión de esta investigación: Se ha determinado que el Presupuesto Participativo en los Proyectos de Inversión Pública en el Gobierno Regional 2012-2014, en el Sector Educación el 46,67% se encuentra como proyectos ejecutados.
