For this purpose an interview administered to students, evaluated by university professors specialists in scientific research of our environment was used. The main components of the socio legal research process that is set to the undergraduate students were also reviewed. The analyzed data suggest that the pedagogical factors involved and some applied by university professors suffer from differences and deficiencies during its materialization; noting that it affects students, and henee in the negative result of the limited production of scientific research projects. It was described the opérate strategies: the reflection and the recognition of sources of existing support necessary to facilitate and improve the pedagogical factors related to learning that influence positively on the development of a research project.El estudio efectuado examinó cómo los factores pedagógicos relacionados con el aprendizaje influyen en la elaboración de los proyectos de investigación realizados por los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán. Para dicho n se hizo uso de la entrevista interventiva administrada a estudiantes, evaluada por profesores universitarios especialistas en investigación científica de nuestro medio. Se examinaron igualmente los principales componentes del proceso de investigación sociojurídica que se establece a los estudiantes de pregrado. Los datos analizados sugieren que los factores pedagógicos intervinientes y algunos aplicados por los profesores universitarios adolecen de diferencias y deficiencias durante su materialización; observándose que el mismo repercute en los estudiantes, y por ende en el resultado negativo de la escasa producción de proyectos de investigación científica.
