This research has focused on the application of the BIOLAB program and the development of meaningful learning in a remote classroom context due to the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective of this research has been to evaluate the influence of the BIOLAB program on the development of meaningful learning in university students. The methodology of this work belongs to the quantitative approach, of the applied type; The techniques with which the information was collected was the questionnaire with pre-test and post-test to the control group and the experimental group. The results of the study determined that the application of the BIOLAB program improves the level of meaningful learning in students by 70%. Therefore, it is determined that the application of the BIOLAB program significantly influences the improvement of meaningful learning.El estudio se realizó con el objetivo de mejorar el desarrollo de las competencias tecnológicas   en docentes mediante la aplicación de las herramientas tecnológicas, para lo cual se aplicó un diseño cuasiexperimental de pre y posprueba a una población de 102 docentes de la especialidad de educación secundaria del que se extrajo una muestra de 18 docentes a los que se aplicó los instrumentos diseñados en base a las herramientas tecnológicas relacionadas a las competencias TIC en un periodo de 5 meses. La evaluación de los resultados al medir las competencias TIC, y como efecto de la aplicación de las herramientas tecnológicas en las sesiones de aprendizaje y el desarrollo de las competencias, se tiene mayor predominio de la competencia tecnológica y competencia comunicativa (44.4%) predomina la competencia tecnológica (83.3%).
