A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. This framework demonstrates that axiological coherence provides the technical robustness, sustainability, and social relevance required for responsible biotechnological innovation. The study concludes that the axiological foundation enables the transformation of scientific knowledge into pre-patentable value, establishing a replicable methodological framework for the development of functional bioproducts oriented toward disease prevention and the strengthening of public health through ethically grounded technological management.El estudio describe el modelo axiológico del paquete tecnológico como base prepatentable de innovación, orientado a articular las dimensiones de valor que sustentan la validación, transferencia y potencial impacto en la salud preventiva. Se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo de diseño no experimental y enfoque cualitativo–analítico, mediante revisión documental y análisis hermenéutico de contenido. Los resultados presentan un modelo sistémico que integra principios éticos, técnicos y sociales, estructurando el proceso de innovación desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la comercialización y mantenimiento del bioproducto. Este enfoque evidencia que la coherencia axiológica constituye el eje que otorga solidez técnica, sostenibilidad y pertinencia social a la innovación biotecnológica. Se concluye que el fundamento axiológico permite transformar el conocimiento científico en valor prepatentable, estableciendo un marco metodológico replicable para el desarrollo responsable de bioproductos funcionales orientados a la prevención de enfermedades y al fortalecimiento de la salud pública.Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal.
