In each sampling point, pH, temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, total suspended solids (TSS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), sulfides, ammoniacal nitrogen, cyanide WAD, free cyanide, nitrates, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, thermo-tolerant coliforms, oils grease and heavy metals were measured. The lowest rate of P. subcapitata growth was in Capiza's sampling Point (0.008) where values of pH, manganese and iron exceeded Peruvian EQS (Environment Quality Standard) for water in category 3.
