The collection of information was carried out through the application of semi-structured interviews directed to teachers of said institution, based on the category of types of climates. As conclusions, some characteristics were found that describe the school climate in the institution. Likewise, it was identified that there is a positive type of climate in the institution in which a good working environment is promoted. Finally, certain aspects emerge that could lead to possible difficulties in the interaction among the members of the community.El clima escolar, basa su definición en las percepciones de los integrantes de quienes conforman la comunidad educativa, sobre el ambiente donde interactúan. En ese sentido, la presente investigación tiene por objetivo analizar cómo se presentan los tipos de clima escolar durante el regreso a la presencialidad en una institución educativa privada de San Juan de Lurigancho. La recolección de la información se llevó a cabo a través de la aplicación de entrevistas semi estructuradas dirigidas a docentes de dicha institución, con base en la categoría de tipos de climas. Como conclusiones, se encontró algunas características que describen el clima escolar en la institución. Asimismo, se identificó que se da en la institución un clima de tipo positivo en el que se promueve un buen ambiente de trabajo.
