Contaminants that are in the form of dissolved and colloidal matter cannot be eliminated by conventional mechanical processes and when destabilized, by a sudden change in the conditions of the system, are directly responsible for the formation of spots and holes in the final product. The objective of the present work is to develop a procedure to determine the presence of dissolved and colloidal matter in the water of the paper process, in a practical and precise way. The waters characterized, are destabilized with a cationic polymer, favoring the formation of deposit designed for such purpose, which allows to carry out the quantitative determination by means of a chemical physical analysis system. With the developed method, once validated and its reproductivity determined, a study is carried out with recycled water obtained from pulp suspensions that contain the contaminants of the paper recycling process, such as adhesives, waxes, de-inking soaps, etc. The effect of different variables, such as the nature of the contaminant, the presence of deinking additives, the nature of the destabilizing agent and the characteristics of the medium (Ph, Temperature, Total Solids, DQO, DBO5, Oils and Fats etc) are studied. .); Likewise, a study of the waters of the process is carried out, with dissolved and colloidal matter contained in samples of different types of raw material: mixed paper, newspaper and recycled cardboard, obtaining the results after the chemical Physical treatment on average.  (Ph = 8.4, Temperature = 26.5 ° C, Total Solids = 150.26 mg / L, DQO = 750.82 mg / L, DBO5 = 300.24 mg / L, Oils and Fats = 48.56 mg / L etc.); in the manufacture of plates of agglomerated fibers in the company Inpetfa sac.

Sin embargo, también tiene graves inconvenientes debido a la cantidad de contaminantes que se introducen en el sistema. Los contaminantes que se encuentran en forma de materia disuelta y coloidal no pueden ser eliminados por los procesos mecánicos convencionales y cuando se desestabilizan, por un cambio brusco de las condiciones del sistema, son responsables directos de la formación de manchas y agujeros en el producto final. El objetivo del presente trabajo es desarrollar un procedimiento para determinar la presencia de materia disuelta y coloidal en el agua del proceso papelero, de manera práctica y precisa. Las aguas caracterizadas, se desestabilizan con un polímero catiónico, favoreciendo la formación de depósito diseñado para tal fin, que permite llevar a cabo la determinación cuantitativa mediante un sistema de análisis Físico Quimico. Con el método desarrollado, una vez validado y determinada su reproductividad, se lleva a cabo un estudio con aguas reciclada obtenida a partir de las suspensiones de pasta que contienen los contaminantes propios del proceso del reciclado de papel, tales como: adhesivos, ceras, jabones de destintado, etc. Se estudia el efecto que ejercen distintas variables, como la naturaleza del contaminante, la presencia de aditivos de destintado, la naturaleza de los agente de desestabilización y las características del medio (Ph, Temperatura, Solidos Totales, DQO, DBO5, Aceites y Grasas   etc.); así mismo, se lleva a cabo un estudio de las aguas del proceso, con  materia disuelta y coloidal contenida en muestras de diferentes tipos de materia primas: papel mixto, periódico y cartón reciclado, obteniendo los resultados después del tratamiento Físico Quimico en promedio. (Ph = 8.4; Temperatura = 26.5°C; Solidos Totales = 150.26 mg/L; DQO = 750.82 mg/L; DBO5 = 300.24 mg/L; Aceites y Grasas = 48.56 mg/L etc.); en la fabricación de planchas de Fibras aglomeradas en la empresa Inpetfa sac.O uso de papel e cartão recuperado como matéria-prima para a fabricação de papel e cartão reciclado tem inúmeras vantagens ambientais e econômicas. No entanto, também tem sérias desvantagens devido à quantidade de contaminantes que são introduzidos no sistema. Os contaminantes em forma de matéria dissolvida e coloidal não podem ser removidos por processos mecânicos convencionais e quando desestabilizados por uma mudança repentina nas condições do sistema, são diretamente responsáveis pela formação de manchas e furos no produto final. O objetivo do presente trabalho é desenvolver um procedimento para determinar a presença de matéria dissolvida e coloidal na água de processo de papel de forma prática e precisa. A água caracterizada é desestabilizada com um polímero catiônico, favorecendo a formação de um depósito projetado para este fim, o que permite que a determinação quantitativa seja realizada por meio de um sistema de análise físico-química. Com o método desenvolvido, uma vez validado e sua reprodutibilidade determinada, é realizado um estudo com água reciclada obtida de suspensões de celulose contendo os poluentes típicos do processo de reciclagem do papel, tais como: adesivos, ceras, sabonetes de destintagem, etc. O efeito de diferentes variáveis, tais como a natureza do poluente, a presença de aditivos de destintagem, a natureza do agente desestabilizador e as características do meio (pH, temperatura, sólidos totais, CQO, DBO5, óleos e gorduras, etc.) é estudado. ); também é realizado um estudo da água de processo, com matéria dissolvida e coloidal contida em amostras de diferentes tipos de matérias-primas: papel misturado, jornal e papelão reciclado, obtendo-se os resultados após tratamento físico-químico em média.
