The main and most relevant ideas that will express the existence of diversity in education were selected, and information on strategies for teachers where they can cope with the changes in education that leads to inclusion was recovered. He concludes that it has become an obligation for teachers to create strategies that include educational values. For this, the attitude of the teacher in the classroom is fundamental in this process of educational inclusion, with a series of beliefs and feelings, some of which are sometimes in favor, others against.Este artículo se enfocó en realizar un análisis documental sobre la educación inclusiva, identificando las ideas clave y más significativas que resaltan la presencia de la diversidad en el ámbito educativo. Se destacó la importancia de recabar información sobre métodos pedagógicos que permitan a los educadores adaptarse a los cambios hacia una educación más inclusiva. Se llegó a la conclusión de que es imprescindible para los docentes desarrollar estrategias que promuevan valores de inclusión educativa. En este sentido, la postura y el comportamiento del docente dentro del aula juegan un papel crucial en el éxito de este proceso inclusivo, el cual está marcado por una diversidad de creencias y emociones, algunas de las cuales pueden ser favorables y otras no.O objetivo deste artigo foi realizar um estudo documental sobre educação inclusiva. Foram selecionadas as ideias principais e mais relevantes que expressarão a existência da diversidade na educação e recuperadas informações sobre estratégias para os professores onde possam lidar com as mudanças na educação que levam à inclusão. Ele conclui que se tornou uma obrigação dos professores criar estratégias que incluam valores educacionais.
