A study was carried out with a quantitative approach, of a non-experimental type, with a cross-sectional design and correlational scope. The participants were 120 students from a public school in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, aged 12 to 15 years.  They answered the Conflictalk Questionnaire and the Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory-short version. The findings showed a statistically significant positive correlation between cooperative style and dispositional mindfulness. These findings are discussed within the frame of the current interest of education in constructive conflict resolution skills of adolescents in the school context.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre la atención plena disposicional y tres estilos de manejo de conflictos interpersonales (agresivo, pasivo y cooperativo), en adolescentes de secundaria. Se realizó un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo de tipo no experimental con diseño transversal y alcance correlacional. Participaron 120 estudiantes de un plantel de sostenimiento público ubicado en Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, con edades de 12 a 15 años, quienes respondieron el Cuestionario Conflictalk y el Inventario de Friburgo sobre Atención Plena, versión corta. Los resultados mostraron niveles moderados en el desarrollo de las variables estudiadas, así como una relación positiva entre el estilo cooperativo y la atención plena disposicional.
