Results show that creative programs in schools, adapted to students’ characteristics, will promote an increase in creative skills.Se aplicó el programa de intervención, desarrollado en base a las cinco etapas del proceso creativo de Amabile a un grupo de estudiantes de segundo curso de la carrera de diseño industrial, teniendo en cuenta la combinación de atributos intelectuales, el estilo cognitivo, la personalidad y las estrategias. Se procuró eliminar las barreras a la creatividad, crear un clima adecuado y estimular actitudes favorables que ayudaran a desarrollar habilidades creativas.
