Es posible, por el contrario, detectar un interesante y sostenido proceso de complejización y perfeccionamiento que ha dado motivo, incluso, a que se hable de generaciones sucesivas de políticas culturales o se haga énfasis en las distintas formas en que se ha entendido o se entiende y se aplica el término en cuestión.
