This kind of universal constancy is particularly valid in the case of Latin America and for its young and uneven research on communications, within which new technologies have become a favorite focus.Tópicos y métodos de investigación suelen definirse desde fuera de los ámbitos de la vida y la comunidad científicas. Difícil resulta encontrar disciplina o tema en el cual el conocimiento se haya ido acumulando de modo lineal, sin saltos dialécticos y, sobre todo, sin complejas y mediadas interacciones con legítimas demandas y cuestionamientos generados desde el contorno social. Esta suerte de constancia universal es particularmente válida en el caso de América Latina y para su joven y dispareja investigación sobre las comunicaciones, dentro de la cual las nuevas tecnologías se han vuelto foco predilecto.Universidad de Lima.
