The research is basic, with correlational design, non-experimental, the sample is 45 experts, and questionnaires were used. The results reveal that 75.6% rated the police investigation at a medium level and 80.0% rated the administration of justice in crimes against sexual freedom at a medium level. The valuation of the criminal investigation and the police report showed a significant relationship with the administration of justice in crimes against sexual freedom obtaining a sig. of less than 0.050, the coefficients obtained were 0.558, 0.607 and 0.606 respectively for the dimensions and variable 2.El propósito fue determinar la relación entre la valoración de la investigación policial y la administración de justicia en delitos contra la libertad sexual, en el 1er Juzgado Penal Unipersonal de la Provincia de Anta, Cusco, 2022. La investigación es básica, con diseño correlacional, no experimental, la muestra son 45 expertos, se emplearon cuestionarios. Los resultados revelan que el 75.6% valoró la investigación policial en nivel medio y el 80.0% calificó de nivel medio la administración de justicia en delitos contra la libertad sexual. La valoración de la investigación criminal y el informe policial mostraron una relación significativa frente a la administración de justicia en delitos contra la libertad sexual obteniendo un sig. menor a 0.050, los coeficientes obtenidos son 0.558, 0.607 y 0.606 respectivamente para las dimensiones y variable 2.
