In the data collection it was used as instrument the internal communication questionnaire (Nuñez, 2016) and the questionnaire on corporate image (Diaz, 2015). Spearman's rho was used for inferential analysis. Results. Findings showed that the correlation coefficient between the two variables is rho = 0.140. It represents a rare relationship; the p value is 0.189 greater than alfa = 0.05; so the null hypothesis is accepted and the alternate hypothesis is denied. Conclusion. The main finding shows in table 1 that 45.6% of the teachers surveyed express that there is a good corporate image in these higher education institutions. In addition, according to table 2, 23.3% state that there is no good internal communication within of these higher education institutions. Therefore, it is concluded that the corporate image does not depend on internal communication in licensed universities of Huancayo.

En la recolección de datos se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario de comunicación interna (Nuñez, 2016) y el cuestionario sobre imagen corporativa (Diaz, 2015). Para el análisis inferencial se utilizó la rho de Spearman. Resultados. Los hallazgos mostraron que el coeficiente de correlación entre las dos variables es de rho = 0,140; que representa una relación escasa; el p valor es 0,189 mayor que alfa = 0,05; por lo que se acepta la hipótesis nula y se niega la hipótesis alterna. Conclusión. El principal hallazgo muestra que la tabla 1 que el 45,6 % de los docentes encuestados expresan que existe una buena imagen corporativa en estas instituciones de educación superior, y según la tabla 2 el 23,3 % manifiestan no existe una buena comunicación interna dentro de estas instituciones de educación superior universitaria. Por lo tanto, se concluye que la imagen corporativa no depende de la comunicación interna en las universidades licenciadas de Huancayo.Objetivo. Determinar a relação entre a imagem corporativa e a comunicação interna nos professores das universidades licenciadas na província de Huancayo. Métodos. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo com 90 professores da Universidade Nacional do Centro do Peru (UNCP), Universidade Continental (UC) e Universidade Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt (UFR) durante o ano de 2020. O questionário de comunicação interna (Nuñez, 2016) e o questionário de imagem corporativa (Diaz, 2015) foram utilizados como instrumentos para a coleta de dados. O rho do Spearman foi usado para análise inferencial. Resultados. Os resultados mostraram que o coeficiente de correlação entre as duas variáveis é rho = 0,140; o que representa uma relação fraca; o valor p é 0,189 maior que alfa = 0,05; portanto, a hipótese nula é aceita e a hipótese alternativa é negada. Conclusão. A principal descoberta mostra na tabela 1 que 45,6% dos professores pesquisados expressam que existe uma boa imagem corporativa nestas instituições de ensino superior, e de acordo com a tabela 2 23,3% afirmam que não existe uma boa comunicação interna dentro destas instituições de ensino superior universitário.
