Objective. The present research aims to analyze the individual, organizational and community resilience of teachers in vulnerable contexts from a descriptive review of the literature. Methods. For the data collection process, the databases Scielo, Scopus, Proquest, Web of Science (WoS), ScienceDirect were used, 20 original research articles published between 2015 and 2021 were selected, including quantitative and qualitative articles. The inclusion criteria were: articles from vulnerable contexts, stress situations, COVID-19 pandemic, poverty situation, natural disasters, among others; and as an analysis strategy, they were ordered in a conceptually manner and by categories, the results were classified and the concepts were compared, in order to be written and presented. Results. Resilience is an aptitude for sustainability, coping and recovery in adversity situations that includes abilities such as: flexibility, adaptability, vulnerability, ingenuity, agility, redundancy, strength, tolerance and collaboration. A resilient teacher transmits a good organizational climate and culture; a resilient teacher within a vulnerable context transmits coping tools to his students, together with his personal resources, becoming a participant and promoting resilience within the community in which he develops. Conclusions. It is concluded that resilience is an ability to overcome obstacles and be able to adapt favorably, allowing the teaching professional to act positively in the climate and institutional culture, so it needs to be developed and encouraged by state organizations to be passed on to the student community (parents, teachers and students). |

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la resiliencia individual, organizacional y comunitaria del docente en contextos vulnerables desde la revisión descriptiva de la literatura. Métodos. Para el proceso de recolección de datos se utilizaron las bases de datos Scielo, Scopus, Proquest, Web of Science (WoS), ScienceDirect, fueron seleccionados 20 artículos de investigación originales publicados entre 2015 y 2021, siendo incluidos artículos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Los criterios de inclusión fueron: artículos de contextos vulnerables, situaciones de estrés, pandemia COVID-19, situación de pobreza, desastres naturales, entre otros; y como estrategia de análisis se ordenaron de manera conceptual y por categorías, se clasifcaron los resultados y compararon los conceptos, para poder ser redactados y presentados. Resultados. La resiliencia es una aptitud de sostenibilidad, afronte y recuperación en situaciones de adversidad que comprende capacidades como: flexibilidad, adaptabilidad, vulnerabilidad, ingenio, agilidad, redundancia, fortaleza, tolerancia y colaboración. El docente resiliente transmite un buen clima y culturaorganizacional; un docente resiliente dentro de un contexto vulnerable transmite a sus estudiantes herramientas de afronte, en conjunto con sus recursos personales, llegando a ser participe y promoviendo la resiliencia dentro de la comunidad en la que se desarrolla. Conclusiones. Se concluye que la resiliencia es una capacidad para superar obstáculos y poder adaptarse favorablemente, permitiendo al profesional docente actuar positivamente en el climay la cultura institucional, por lo que necesita ser desarrollada y propiciada por las organizaciones estatales para ser transmitida a la comunidad estudiantil (padres, maestros y estudiantes). Objetivo. Esta pesquisa visa analisar a resiliência individual, organizacional e comunitária dos professores em contextos vulneráveis, através de uma revisão descritiva da literatura. Métodos. Para o processo de coleta de dados, foram utilizadas as bases de dados Scielo, Scopus, Proquest, Web of Science (WoS), ScienceDirect. 20 artigos originais de pesquisa publicados entre 2015 e 2021 foram selecionados, incluindo artigos quantitativos e qualitativos. Os critérios de inclusão foram: artigos de contextos vulneráveis, situações de estresse, pandemia COVID-19, situação de pobreza, desastres naturais, entre outros; e como estratégia de análise, eles foram ordenados conceitualmente e por categorias, os resultados foram classificados e os conceitos foram comparados, a fim de serem escritos e apresentados. Resultados. A resiliência é uma aptidão para a sustentabilidade, enfrentamento e recuperação em situações de adversidade que inclui capacidades tais como: flexibilidade, adaptabilidade, vulnerabilidade, desenvoltura, agilidade, redundância, força, tolerância e colaboração. O professor resiliente transmite um bom clima organizacional e cultura; um professor resiliente em um contexto vulnerável transmite ferramentas para seus alunos, juntamente com seus recursos pessoais, tornandose um participante e promovendo a resiliência dentro da comunidade na qual ele se desenvolve. Conclusões.
