Results. 83.3% (195 workers) showed organizational climate to be improved and 49.1% (115 workers) showed average work performance, on the other hand, the organizational climate is significantly related to the work performance of the health personnel under study, with p<= 0.000. and the work performance is significantly related to the organizational climate in the human potential dimension (p<= 0.000), organizational design (p<= 0.002) and organizational culture (p<= 0.004). Conclusions. The organizational climate is related to the work performance of health personnel at the daniel alcides carrión hospital, pasco.

Estudio correlacional, transversal, con enfoque cuantitativo, conformado por 234 trabajadores de salud del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, en el departamento de Pasco, durante el periodo 2018. Se empleó una escala de clima organizacional y una hoja de evaluación del desempeño. En el análisis inferencial se utilizó el coeficiente de correlacion r de Pearson. Resultados. El 83,3 % (195 trabajadores) manifestaron clima organizacional por mejorar y el 49,1 % (115 trabajadores) presentaron desempeño laboral promedio. Por otro lado, el clima organizacional se relaciona significativamente con el desempeño laboral del personal de salud en estudio, con p <= 0,000. Y el desempeño laboral se relaciona significativamente con el clima organizacional en la dimensión potencial humano (p <= 0,000), diseño organizacional (p <= 0,002) y cultura de la organización (p <= 0,004). Conclusión. El clima organizacional se relaciona con el desempeño laboral del personal de salud del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, Pasco.Objetivo. Para determinar a relação entre o clima organizacional e o desempenho do trabalho. Métodos. Estudo correlacional, transversal, com uma abordagem quantitativa, compreendendo 234 trabalhadores da saúde do Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, no departamento de Pasco, durante o período de 2018. Foram utilizadas uma escala de clima organizacional e uma ficha de avaliação de desempenho. O coeficiente de correlação r de Pearson foi usado na análise inferencial. Resultados. 83,3% (195 trabalhadores) relataram um clima organizacional a ser melhorado e 49,1% (115 trabalhadores) relataram um desempenho médio no trabalho. Por outro lado, o clima organizacional está significativamente relacionado ao desempenho profissional do pessoal de saúde em estudo, com p <= 0,000. E o desempenho profissional está significativamente relacionado ao clima organizacional nas dimensões do potencial humano (p <= 0,000), projeto organizacional (p <= 0,002) e cultura organizacional (p <= 0,004). Conclusão.
