Descripción
Sumario:This work departs from the reality of which the migratory flows have transformed the cities into multicultural spaces. The traditional concept of a citizenship based on the national identity is unable to solve the difficulties derived from an increasing demand of rights on the part of a population in constant growth who shares places of work and residence though not in equal conditions. The citizen is the opposite thing abroad; citizenship implies exclusion, discrimination of those who do not belong to a State. In this context, the journalism is raised as vehicle to construct a new citizenship, defender of the universal rights of the man, fomenting the participation activates of the citizens.
