Only the earliest settlers enjoy and know with all those who visit. Chicha is a representative beverage in this region, consumed by currents and ancients Moches. This beverage has many secrets that only their growers secretly know their benefits and mysteries. The aim is to know and decipher riches of these two districts. We have established a dialogue with some people, especially senior citizens who have been able to reveal certain culinary riches of Chicha. Our work made use of the ethnographic research methodology, using several semi structured interviews and field journal. It pretends rescue that ancient knowledge about this beverage, which is helping to preserve and promote cultural, anthropological and richness medicinal of Chicha.Lambayeque es una región bendecida, sus distintos pueblos aledaños guardan una impresionante riqueza cultural, reflejada en sus diferentes tradiciones y costumbres. Monsefú y Eten son dos poblaciones que albergan en su interior muchos secretos gastronómicos, que solo sus pobladores más antiguos conocen y disfrutan con todos aquellos que los visitan. La chicha es una de las bebidas bandera de esta región, consumida por los antiguos y actuales moches. Estabebida guarda innumerables secretos, que solamente sus cultivadores conocensecretamente sus bondades y misterios. Con la finalidad de conocer y descifrar las riquezas de la chicha en estos dos distritos, nos hemos constituido a dialogar con algunas personas, sobre todo de la tercera edad, quienes nos han podido revelar ciertas riquezas gastronómicas de la chicha. Nuestro trabajo ha hechouso de la metodología de la investigación etnográfica, haciendo uso de varias entrevistas semiestructuradas y diario de campo.
