The results showed there is a relationship between self-esteem and teaching performance in the educational institutions of Comas district.La presente investigación busca explorar la relación entre la autoestima y el desempeño docente en las instituciones educativas del distrito de Comas. Se trabajó con un diseño no experimental transversal y descriptivo correlacional; asimismo, con una muestra de 363 docentes, a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario de autoestima de Coopersmith y el test de desempeño docente del Minedu.
