Then the workshop based on the free play time methodology in the sectors to develop social interaction skills was applied to the children from the experimental group. The data obtained was processed and analyzed using Excel. The results obtained show that the social interaction skills level was low before applying the workshop according to the measurement obtained in the pretest for both groups. Statistically there were not signi:ficant differences in them according to the t hypothesis by Student. Then a workshop of 20 activities based on the free play time methodology in the sectors to develop social interaction skills in the children from the experimental group. Later the results from the post test showed that the workshop had a significant influence in the social interaction development. Finally, after making the result discussion and the predicted hypothesis test, it is concluded that the workshop based on the free play time methodology in the sectors influenced signi:ficantly in the social interaction skills development in three-year-old children from the Pasito a Paso school, 2015.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de un taller basado en la metodología de la hora del juego libre en los sectores en el desarrollo de habilidades de interacción social en los niños 3 años. Se trabajó con una muestra de 20 niños. A la muestra se le aplicó un cuestionario de habilidades de interacción social de Inés Monjas Casares. Luego se aplicó el taller basado en la metodología de la hora del juego libre en los sectores con los niños del grupo experimental. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el nivel de habilidades de interacción social, antes de aplicar el taller, era bajo de acuerdo con las medias obtenidas en el pre test por ambos grupos. Luego de aplicar un taller de 20 actividades basadas en la metodología de la hora del juego libre en sectores para desarrollar las habilidades de interacción social en los niños del grupo experimental. Posteriormente, los resultados del post test indicaron que el taller tuvo una influencia significativa en el desarrollo de habilidades de interacción social. Finalmente, después de hacer la discusión de resultados y la prueba de hipótesis prevista, se puede concluir que el taller basado en la metodología de la hora del juego libre en los sectores influyó significativamente en el desarrollo de las habilidades de interacción social en los niños de 3 años de la I.E.I.P.
