The aim was, to determine the relation that exists between the academic stress and the level of academic performance in students of the career of Industrial Administration of the SENATI, the design of investigation is not experimental, transverse, correlacional. The taken sample belongs 99 pupils, shaped by 51 women and 48 males. The results indicate that there exists significant high relation between the variable academic stress and academic performance, likewise there exists significant high relation between the variable reactions.En la actualidad, el estrés académico es una problemática que recientemente le prestan atención, de esta manera surge el problema ¿cuál es la relación entre el estrés académico y el nivel de rendimiento académico en estudiantes de la carrera de Administración Industrial? El objetivo fue determinar la relación que existe entre el estrés académico y el nivel de rendimiento en estudiantes de la carrera de Administración Industrial del SENATI, el diseño de investigación es no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La muestra tomada es de 99 alumnos, conformada por 51 mujeres y 48 varones.
