The product used is supplier of fosfatidil hill, smooth fosfatidil hill and polyethylene glycol ricinoleato. The following treatments were evaluated: Tl, witness; T2, 0.025 %; T3, 0.05 %; T4, 0.075 % of the product. The analysis showed that the product was better used to live weight gain in younger age of the chickens; feed conversion was 13% more efficient and economic merit 11 % more efficient in treatment 2 compared with the control. Weight and carcass yield did not reach statistical significance for differences but the trend was to improve the product. It is advisable to use the product in the proportion of 0.025% in the diet of broilers; likewise, evaluate it in other birds and mammals.Cien pollitos Cobb 500 de un día de edad, de ambos sexos, fueron empleados en un ensayo de alimentación en el que se evaluó el efecto de la inclusión de un producto emulsificante-surfactante en la dieta sobre el consumo de alimento, incremento de peso vivo, peso y rendimiento de carcasa, conversiónalimenticia y mérito económico. El producto utilizado es suministrador de fosfatidil colina, liso fosfatidil colina y poli-etilenglicol ricinoleato. Se evaluaron los siguientes tratamientos: T1, testigo; T2, 0.025%; Tl, 0.05%; T 4, 0.075% del producto. El análisis mostró que el producto fue mejor utilizado para ganar peso vivo en las edades más jóvenes de los pollos; la conversión alimenticia fue 13% más eficiente y el mérito económico 11 % más eficiente en el tratamiento 2 en comparación con el testigo. El peso y rendimiento decarcasa no se alcanzó significación estadística para las diferencias pero la tendencia fue a mejorar con el producto.
